Shipping and return policy

Shipment

Parcel and letter mail within the Netherlands is sent with PostNL. The shipping and packaging costs for a package within the Netherlands are € 7.50. For a package to Germany you pay € 10 and it is sent with the Deutsche Post. Shipping costs for all other countries in the EU are € 20. The rates for letter post depend on the weight and are sent to any country with PostNL. Deliveries abroad can take longer than you are used to.

Returns / Revocation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs (only applies to shipments within the Netherlands) in the way you paid. Only the costs of the return shipment are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the web shop with all accessories supplied and, if possible, in the original condition and packaging. To return an order you can make this known in writing via info@meenhuistruckinterieur.nl. The amount due will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Which is not covered by the right of return

A number of products are not covered by the return right;
1. Loose fabrics and / or covered buttons.
2. Products adapted to consumer wishes.
3. Products that are upholstered at the consumer's request with a non-standard color of fabric or leather. This will be announced during contact with the web store that it is a non-standard color.
